ADMISSIONS PROCESS

Your first step in the admission journey at Maybeck High School is to complete the Inquiry Form. Upon submitting the inquiry form, you will be added into our admissions database. By sharing your information, you'll help us gain a deeper insight into your interests.

To ensure you're well-prepared for the admissions journey, we'll provide you with reminders about upcoming events, along with additional details. Our goal is to provide you with a better understanding of our process, giving you the tools to navigate it successfully.

To begin the application process, you will create an Applicant Portal account using our online application system, Ravenna. This Applicant Portal account will allow you to:

  • Register for admission on campus and online events

  • View a complete list of required application materials 

  • Submit application materials

  • Track your application progress throughout the admission process

The deadline for applications considered for the 2027–2028 school year is January 5, 2027.

September 1, 2026

  •  Admissions and Financial Aid applications and event registration open in the Ravenna portal

September 2026–January 2027

  • Admissions Events: Parent Tours, Student Campus Visits, Open House, Student Interviews, Online Panels

January 5, 2027

  • Admissions Application Deadline

  • Financial Aid Application Deadline

January 30, 2027

  • Your remaining application items are due (i.e., recommendation forms, transcripts)

March 12, 2027, 4:00 PM

  • Admissions decisions are published on Ravenna, and notification emails are sent

March 19, 2027, 10:00 AM

  • Enrollment contracts and deposits are due before 10:00 am
