Maybeck Parents’ Association
Dear Maybeck Families,
During these times, being part of a supportive community is no small thing. The Maybeck Parents' Association (MPA) supports community-building among Maybeck families, and we look forward to your participation and input.
All parents and guardians are automatically members of the MPA. We generally meet once a month from 7:00 pm. to 8:00 pm at Maybeck High School. We will alternate between working meetings and Education Talks highlighting faculty and community expertise. We have a terrific group of parent leaders who plan and execute events and who would welcome your help throughout the year. Join in as you are able.
I am excited to get the opportunity to support our special community. As an educator myself, I know the value of having this dedicated group of teachers and staff supporting and mentoring our high schoolers. I look forward to seeing you at an upcoming meeting or event. MPA Meetings are held once a month on a Tuesday, alternating between speaker events and business meetings. All Maybeck parents are invited.

MPA PINEAPPLE JAMS
Greetings from the Maybeck Parents' Association!
With the main goal of friend-raising among Maybeck families, we invite you to attend any or all of our "Pineapple Jam" events.
Pineapple Jams are FREE events, and have included fun stuff like cocktail parties, knitting lessons, bee-keeping 101, and more. Maybeck parents, staff, alumni, and friends donate their time and expertise as hosts. All members of the Maybeck community and their guests may attend if there is enough space (though some events are Adults Only).
Participants may make monetary donations to the MPA when they attend a Jam. These are greatly appreciated but not expected. Community building is the top priority of Pineapple Jams! That said, all donations are used to fund the Jeremy Harrison Scholarship, which helps every Maybeck student travel internationally during Special Programs.
