Students may enter the school only at the beginning of a semester. Decisions about incoming 9th graders are sent to all applicants in mid-March. Students who apply at other times
of the year are notified of their status on a rolling basis. Maybeck follows admissions and recruiting guidelines outlined in the Bay Area Admission Directors Principles of Good Practice.
